Landscape Projects provides independent client-side project management for residential landscape and pool construction.
We represent the client throughout the project, coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers, budgets, timelines and construction activities to help ensure the project is delivered clearly and professionally from concept through to completion.
Our role is to provide oversight, communication, procurement and coordination throughout the design and build process while working solely in the client’s interest.
We have built strong relationships with a wide network of trusted contractors, suppliers and industry professionals across the landscape and pool sector. This allows us to assemble the right team for each individual project, obtain competitive and realistic pricing, and help ensure the project is supported by experienced people who are suited to the scope and expectations of the build. Clients are also welcome to work with their own preferred designers, contractors or suppliers as part of the process.
