    My role in this course is simple. It is to give you the confidence and tools to have better conversations so you can win more work and feel confident in your own space.

    I am here to help you become more skilled and comfortable in the way you talk about your work, so customers feel at ease saying yes.

    I have worked alongside landscapers, builders, pool companies, arborists, retailers and many other trade and service businesses. I know the challenges you face and the pressure that comes with customer expectations and stiff competition.

    The goal is simple. By the time we are done, you will be more confident talking about your value, handling tough questions and helping clients choose you for all the right reasons.
